Fiona Walsh founded Thrive Ink with a simple yet powerful vision: to create a space where art and emotional healing go hand in hand. A graduate of Central Ohio Technical College, Fiona has always been passionate about mental health advocacy and the profound ways in which self-expression can aid in healing.

With years of experience in both tattoo artistry and therapy, Fiona saw an opportunity to merge her two passions. She believes that getting a tattoo can be more than just a cosmetic choice—it can be a deeply personal and transformative experience.

Before picking up a tattoo machine, Jeff Mills was immersed in the world of code—writing software, solving complex problems, and navigating the digital landscape. But it was the raw emotion and mystique of the band Sleep Token that ultimately inspired him to shift paths and explore a new form of expression.

Today, Jeff is known for his deeply atmospheric tattoos that echo the themes of devotion, vulnerability, and transformation found in Sleep Token's music. His work blends sharp technical precision with an almost spiritual depth, creating pieces that feel more like rituals than just ink on skin.
